Product Availability

Please note that all images are for illustrational purposes only. The designs or motifs shown on some of our products may differ slightly in style or design from those shown on site. Sometimes certain product or ingredient becomes unavailable and in that case we reserve the right to use an alternative product of equal or higher value. 'Kate's Treasures' can not be responsible for availability of products. However we can guarantee that all the products you receive will be of the same high quality.


You can pay through PayPal, bank transfer, postal order or by cash on collection day.

PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards. You do not need to have PayPal account to be able to use this. When you will proceed to checkout there is an option on the left hand site 'pay by card or log in' and if you do not have PayPal account and don't want to register just fill in your details and your card number. PayPal is a secure method of payment.

Please note that no payments are taken on this website. All information is collected for and by Paypal to securely process the order and it's not accessible to 'Kate's Treasures'.

If you wish to pay via postal order or bank transfer please contact us for details and we will be happy to help you.

Refund Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not happy you can contact us and return the product if it's still in the original packaging and all ingredients are in the same condition. For full refund you have to send it back within 7 days from delivery day.
Please email or telephone us for a reference number and to discuss the reason for the refund before you will send it back.
No returns accepted for products made to your needs like personalised (either embroidered or engraved) unless it's damaged.

We will refund the buyer full price for undamaged item and for any delivery charges paid when purchasing from us but the cost of returning the item back to us is not refunded.

Damaged Products

If on receipt of your item it is damaged or products inside (ingredients) the gift is damaged, please contact us before sending the order back and we will replace it for you. 

Privacy Policy

The information that is collected is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We use it to inform visitors about updates to our website. To enter this website Registration/Login is not required however if you wish it's available. We ask customers for information such as name, email address, telephone number and address. We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order.
